Refund Policy

We want you to love every product from Vitalé Naturals, LLC, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and damaged items.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of wellness and personal care products, we only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original condition and packaging. To be eligible, you must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable goods or food-grade items (e.g., teas, dried ingredients)

  • Personalized or final sale items

  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@vitalenaturals.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
